Oversee banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events, conferences, and functions.
Collaborate with the Banquet Administration team to understand client requirements and ensure all specifications are met.
Responsibilities :-
•Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing client feedback promptly.
•Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to exceed expectations.
•Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing banquet team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
•Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team skills and efficiency.
•Ensure the quality of meeting room set-ups
•Ensure full control of Banqueting equipment and assets.
•Monitor the proper ordering of all food & drinks required and their storage under clean conditions
•Adhere to all food hygiene & quality standards
•Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to enhance banquet services
•Upsell all property facilities & services
•Any other cognate duties
Profile :-
•Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent
•At least 5 years experience in a similar or equivalent management position
•Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, and event planning
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences
•Excellent planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
•Good Command of both French & English
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to cope with pressure
•Willingness to work irregular hours
•Computer literate in Microsoft office and outlook
