Banking Customer Advisor ( German speaking only)

Fluency in German is mandatory!

You are fluent in German, and you want to work in the banking industry, therefore this job is made for you! We are looking for candidates with this profile to join our dynamic team. You will be working for one of the biggest European banks and this is a great opportunity to learn and grow within this industry!

Your missions:

• Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, and email
• Process inbound and outbound call
• Verification of customer Identity
• Maintain accurate records from customer’s queries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up

Requirements:

• High School certificate
• Fluency in German (C1 level)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts (Monday to Saturday – 5 days per week)
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and tasks, with a willingness to go above and beyond
