Our client, a prominent independent provider of institutional and private client services spanning various jurisdictions, is currently in search of an accomplished Business Analys to join their vibrant team in the Ebene, Mauritius office.

Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of the Data Optimisation unit, the Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between the Development and Operational Teams. Collaborating closely with Operational Teams, the ‘BA’ will chart existing operational procedures, grasp the intricacies of these processes, and pinpoint areas of improvement.

The Development Team will rely on the BA to document current and future state processes, work collaboratively with the Data Optimisation unit to devise innovative solutions, formulate comprehensive test plans, guide Operational teams through testing programs, and diligently monitor and report progress against set plans. This position calls for robust analytical skills, exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, self-driven initiative, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate within a team or autonomously. Effective communication across multiple Operational teams and organisational levels is paramount.

This role necessitates the ability to work autonomously, given that the serviced team is primarily based in Johannesburg, with a solitary staff member in Mauritius to oversee. The ideal candidate will exhibit self-reliance and proficiency in remote collaboration.
