This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading IT consulting firms. Our Client, is looking for a “Project Lead” to manage a BPO operation, which is comprised of a team of 20 professionals. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO.
Main Duties:
- Manage operational activities of assigned project
- Manage a team of professionals; set objectives & targets; monitor productivity of their performance
- Monitor deadlines, quality standards and budgeting guidelines
- Manage the quality of deliverables through daily monitoring of productivity
- Facilitate communication by conducting project team meetings to ensure the smooth running of assigned project
- Handle contractual aspects of the project & ensure progress of the activities are as per conditions of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide a monthly billing status v/s initial costing/ budgeting plan
- Prepare & submit reports (e.g. production status, progress report) to management on a regular basis
Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of practical and/or technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic parts is an advantage
