As an Associate – Issuing Projects, you will be at the forefront of our credit card portfolio’s growth and performance optimization. Your role will involve leading projects, analyzing data, and developing strategies to enhance profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage credit card portfolio performance and sales activities.
  • Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Take ownership of sales and performance KPIs.
  • Plan, execute, and lead projects related to portfolio growth, product development, and risk management.
  • Ensure timely completion of milestones and quality standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for portfolio growth and customer retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Assess and mitigate risks within the credit card portfolio while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Generate regular performance reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to portfolio management.

 

Candidate profile:

  • A degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Past Cards Issuing experience is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of financial products, concepts, and basic analytics.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
  • A analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with credit risk assessment and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to credit card products is advantageous.
