RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all stocks are secured and at required level
Maintain in good condition all items in the store
Reconcile all items at the end of the working day
Stock control to be performed every month
Efficient use of resources for delivery and receipt of goods within reasonable time frame
Any other cognate work
EXPERIENCE
Any experience as a storekeeper or equivalent position; quantity surveyor, quality controller will be a definite advantage.
Experience in using accounting, storekeeping softwares for keeping records.
QUALIFICATIONS
vMinimum education requirement of HSC with Mathematics and Accounting
Minimum of grade C in Accounting and Mathematics.
Any additional qualifications related to the position of storekeeper will be a definite advantage.
Computer literate - MS outlook, word, excel
Forklift licence will be a definite advantage
Conditions:
Applicants living in the vicinity of Port-Louis will be given priority for interviews.
Working hours are 7:00-16:30 and from Monday to Friday
Applicants with forklift driving certificate and/or licence will have a definite advantage.
