We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Storekeeper to join our team!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of stock, ensuring stock cards and listings are up to date and accurate.
  • Conduct regular stock audits by manually counting and checking stock cards.
  • Coordinate stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory is available.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, count/weight items, and issue Goods Received Notes.
  • Verify customer invoices against quotations.
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders from shops and external clients.
  • Issue invoices as required and ensure the price list is current.
  • Oversee driver movements and plan delivery logistics.
  • Set up and maintain proper filing and archiving systems for store documents.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods when needed.
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.

 

 Qualifications/Skills required:

  • Minimum qualification HSC.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  • Computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook.
