Our Client in the financial sector is looking for an Assistant Investment and Compliance Administrator.
This position will report to the Senior Investment and Compliance Administrator.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining and monitoring investor AML and KYC documentation and transactions
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies, anti-money laundering procedures, and other regulations
- Liaising with other departments and companies, including Finance, Compliance and Company Secretary
- Provide administrative and compliance support to Senior Investment and Compliance Administrator
- Perform administrative and compliance tasks and any other cognate duties aligned to business requirements that may arise
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:
- A Degree or an acceptable professional qualification in the field of Finance / Law / Management
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Due Diligence procedures and Regulatory Compliance will constitute a definite advantage
- Have an outgoing personality with good communications skills – both written and oral
- Have good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools
