We are hiring Assistant Cook with minimum of 2 years working experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult the Kitchen Chef to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as cost and special event needs.
- Prepare and cook food following set receipts and instructions given by the superior.
- Maintain and order stocks and supplies.
- Ensure food is stored properly for safety and space efficiency.
- Attend multiple orders and pay attention to special requests.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment.
- Be mindful about presentation of food served.
- Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
