Application Support [Spanish Language]

Job Description

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Candidate should be a Spanish speaker.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translation of Spanish tickets into English

- Implementation of JD Edwards v9.X Modules

- Develop and demonstrate functional and technical understanding of the application

- Prepare Functional Design documents

- Review User Manuals, process flows and other processes

- Implementation and training of JD Edwards Applications modules

- End-Users Support on JDE financial or distribution modules in Spanish and English language

- Understanding business need and designing a road map for further development

Knowledge / Skills Requirements:

- 2 to 8 years of relevant working experience

- Knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards ERP v9.X on any of the following modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Sales Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Inventory Management

- Ability to integrate an existing team.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ready to work on shift system.
