Application Support Consultant

- Consulting and Business Analysis (MOA): Specializing in support, training, and change management.
- Technical Integration: Handling configuration, customization, and application development.
As part of our ECM team, you will help clients develop, customize, and maintain their ECM applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and project management teams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with ECM applications.
- Develop change requests and bug fixes (configuration and IDE-based development).
- Generate and maintain support activity reports.
- Deploy new application releases.
- Work occasionally outside regular hours, with primary hours being 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Proven ability to provide technical support to clients.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working independently.
