Job Overview:
As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners. Your role will focus on engaging prospects through personalized communication and outreach, fostering connections that align with the company’s strategic goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to potential clients, initiating conversations to understand their needs and how the company can support them.
• Build and nurture relationships through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and engagement activities.
• Contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies and enhancing the overall ambassador program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and resources that support ambassador initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system, tracking progress and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
o At least 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development, with experience managing international clients.
o Knowledge of the logistics, supply chain, or transport sectors is an advantage.
• Skills:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client needs with professionalism.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
o Ability to develop rapport and trust through personalized, consistent communication.
o Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
o Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
