Avacor Ltd is looking for an After Sales & Operations Assistant for its sister company WeSecure Ltd

 

MAIN FUNCTION:

The After Sales & Operations Assistant is responsible to ensure the liaison between the clients and the technical team in order to provide a professional level of aftersales service and ensure the smooth running of the operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Inspect electronic systems to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot systems and perform repairs as necessary. Perform accurate surveys.

-          Establish the technical needs of the customers and suggest appropriate products & services.

-          Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.

-          Prepare the Sales Quotations for the After-Sales and follow-up with the clients.

-          Maintain records of the customers, follow-up and manage closely the After-Sales Jobs.

-          Travel to locations to inspect quality of work form the technical team.

-          Process invoices with the Accounts Department after completion of Jobs.

-          Do the utmost to achieve and exceed the sales targets.

-          Manage complaints, bring solutions and report to the management.

-          Provide purchase requirements for the after-sales operations.

-          Provide Sales reports to the management (sales, opportunities, service, clients).

-          Provide support for the Administration as and when required.

-          Provide support to the Sales and Management with technical solutions, technical drawings, and suggest appropriate products & services.

-          Assist with the implementation of new project and opportunities defined by the Management.

-          Expand market awareness and promote the products, technologies, softwares and services of the company.

-          Any other cognate duties.

-          Good written and verbal communication in French and English

-          IT Literate

-          Ability to deal with persons of diverse background and build good relationships

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

-          At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

-          A previous experience in the security field would constitute an advantage

-          A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing or any other relevant field

Please note that a valid manual driving license is compulsory for this position as the candidate selected will have to travel over the island.
