Our client in the insurance sector is recruiting an Administrative Support-Facilities:
Main duties will include:
To assist the following scope of works:
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to facilities team
- Ensure adherence to health/safety procedures and policies
- Organize Health & Safety committees and simulation evacuation exercise for the Group and its tenants
- Site coordination and follow up on various renovations, new development projects or fit out
- Keep maintenance logs and report daily
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Monitor equipment inventory
- Manage vehicles of the Group
- Monitor payments to the National Transport Authority with respect to road taxes, fitness examinations etc.
- Plan and prepare transport inclusive of overtime, airport transfers, and dispatches.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, payment of mobile phones
- Carry out site visits with clients for office rental
- Manage tenants and lease agreements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum holder of an HSC
- Should ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment ideally in a Faciities department
- Be a good team player and have excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
