Your Role
- Handle telephone calls and relay messages
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the telephone or via e-mail
- Assist the HR department for (ie. recruitment, training, welfare activities…) and perform day to day Administrative duties
- Provide supplies by identifying needs for all departments (reception, offices, kitchen, warehouse) and showrooms
- Any other duties i.e. interrelated duties of the same affinity or same family pertaining to our sphere of activities
What are we looking for?
- Holder of a Diploma / Certificate in Administration or Human Resources
- 2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills and able to prioritize
- Good interpersonal aptitudes and experience
- Strong interest for sustainable development
- Solutions-driven attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
