Our client in the retail sector is looking for an Administrative Support (1 year contract)

Job Overview:

As an Admin Support in the supply chain field, you will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the supply chain department. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the field who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update supply chain data into our systems
  • Document Management: Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to supply chain processes
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers, handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Order Processing: Support the processing of purchase orders and track order status, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Generate and assist in creating reports related to inventory levels, order status and performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher School Certificate/Diploma
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required.
  • Attitude: Eagerness to learn and to take initiatives, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or within a supply chain environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Contract Type:

  • One year contract.
