We are looking for an Administrative Secretary for one of our clients.

 

The main responsibility of the Administrative Secretary is to support the Administrative Manager and the company through conducting and organising administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. 

The Administrative Secretary will also act as support to Accounts Department.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Store, retrieve and transfer emails to respective departments when necessary.
  • Keep a customer directory on excel up to date (
  • Follow-up the road tax & insurance renewal of vehicle fleet.
  • Process & follow-up insurance claims in case of accident.
  • Process & follow-up the renewal of Medical & Company Insurances each year.
  • Attend to general and specific email enquiries upon request of Management.
  • Assist the Accountant for Debt Collection at the end of each month.
  • Assist the Department in office cognate duties as and when required.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Other office cognate duties.

 

Requirements:

  • HSC Holder
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Administrative Field
  • Fully IT conversant
  • Excellent communications skills oral and written in French and English
  • Mature and able to take responsibilities
