The Trainee Management will have the opportunity to work at our office located at Beau Bassin. He/She will have to manage several administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the company.

 

List of Duties and Responsibilities:

-       Liaise with clients.

-       Coordinate all the activities related to the delivery of orders to the clients.

-       Issue invoices and delivery notes.

-       Send required documents to Accounting for records.

-       Purchase of local raw materials.

-       Prepare reports (sales, reorder of raw materials, forecast among others).

-       Carry out administrative tasks such as liaise with suppliers, ensure that Certificate of Analysis is given to the clients, Logbooks are kept up to date, leave management for operators.

-       Perform any other cognate duties assigned to you and which are relevant to your job.

 

 Profile of the Ideal Candidate

-       Degree in Management/ Accounting / Business Management.

-       Dynamic and extrovert.

-       Excellent organizational skills.

-       Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure.
