Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks with a focus on efficeincy and effectiveness.
Implement and execute projects while ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
Proactively take action and make informed decisions to enhance workflow.
Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsible for managing your boss' schedules, planning meetings.
Responsible for the administrative support of the company.
Being the point of contact for general communications with the CEO.
Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accomodations, itineraries, and transportation, ensuring that all logistics are in place for business trips.
Managing budgets, tracking expenses, preparing and processing invoices.
Qualifications:
A Diploma in Business Administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and organisational skills.
Good written and spoken English and French.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
An implementation and execution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while being accountable for outcomes.
An efficient administrator, able to work well under the pressure of deadlines and budget parameters.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
