Responsible for helping optical department in all phases of day-to day operations, from ordering lenses and frames to helping with inventory and maintaining good communication channel to aid optical department in patient and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.

- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.

 

Requirements:

- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a retail or customer service environment would be an advantage.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
