To assist the Resort Manager of the hotel and responsible for composing and working on all correspondence, and setting up filing system in Executive Office.
- Report direct to Resort Manager.
- To coordinate and follow up with all other departments in all job assignment by Resort Manager.
- To be a confidential translator for all documents to and from Resort Manager.
- To keep records, control and scheduling appointments for Resort Manager.
- To take minutes of morning briefing and to handle all personal affairs for the Resort Manager.
- To be able to exercise initiative and work with confidential information of Executive Office.
- Responsible for the filing system of the Executive Office.
- To handle and screen all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for Resort Manager. Taking messages as necessary.
- Typing all documents and reports as required by Resort Manager.
- Assisting other departments like the Food & Beverages and Kitchen for menu and tags preparation; IT department for information to be input on IPTV, etc
- All secretarial works as assigned by Resort Manager.
- Perform all the duties of a general adminstrator.
- Performs additional duties as directed by Resort Manager
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented
- Attends meetings and training as required by Resort Manager.
