Mainly providing administrative support to Management, which include Managing office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain office filing systems and databases and Schedule meetings and appointments.
This role will be pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain office filing systems and databases.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Assist in coordinating events and functions.
- Order the stationeries.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
