Procurement company in Black River seeking a highly organized and proactive assistant for a part-time position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and organize documents efficiently.
  • Conduct online verification of companies.
  • Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
  • File and maintain folders in OneDrive.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers such as insurance companies and banks.
  • Handle mailing tasks and email follow-ups with clients.
  • Take notes during meetings and contribute to weekly reporting.
  • Accurately fill out critical documents.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be absolutely fluent in both English and French, as the role requires handling multilingual communications effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a keen accuracy in handling and processing information.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment would be an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Availability: Must be available to work at our Black River office.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM.

Salary Details :

  • The salary for this position is negotiable, depending on qualifications and previous experience.
