MSC (Mauritius) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team for immediate employment as Administration & HR Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Admin & HR Manager in daily tasks.
- Follow up employee benefits, e.g. health insurance, retirement plans.
- Assist in recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding for employees.
- Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records.
- Assist in Procurement process as per Company procedures.
- Promote a healthy and safe workplace through effective health and safety practices as per OSHA.
- Provide administrative support, including employee welfare and office management.
- Coordinate Employee Development initiatives
Profile and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in any HRIS and MS Office.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
