MSC (Mauritius) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team for immediate employment as Administration & HR Officer

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Admin & HR Manager in daily tasks.
  • Follow up employee benefits, e.g. health insurance, retirement plans.
  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding for employees.
  • Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records.
  • Assist in Procurement process as per Company procedures.
  • Promote a healthy and safe workplace through effective health and safety practices as per OSHA.
  • Provide administrative support, including employee welfare and office management.
  • Coordinate Employee Development initiatives

 Profile and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in any HRIS and MS Office.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
