The Admin and Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company with administrative tasks and coordinating operational activities. This role typically serves as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth business operations. The position involves handling office functions, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and facilitating communication between team members and management.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Assist in managing internal and external correspondence.
  • Ensure that admin operational tasks and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, sales) to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and assist or direct them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Any other adhoc duties which fall under admin and operations cordination

Candidate Profile:

  • HSC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in office software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
