Admin Support

What you will be doing:

• Assist the merchandiser in all their day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure despatch are correctly done without any mistakes and sent on time
• Provide support to the Product Leader
• To enter sample order on system and to give relevant information to related department to ensure the smooth running of the sample development
• Daily Systematic reporting to the merchandiser Executive
• Prompt System updating for all production related tasks
• Any other administrative

What we are looking for:

Good Communication Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft tools
Minimum HSC Required

1 year experience in similar position would be an advantage
