The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
- Follow-up of sales orders: receipt of purchase order, control of order, transmission of order form to the office based abroad, follow up, notification to the customer of the estimated time. Control of invoices/order form before shipment, control of export documents.
- Export tracking with freight forwarder.
- Filing of invoices.
- Follow-up of customer payment.
- Bookkeeping (invoices and settlements).
- Coordination of the customer relationship with the representative of the Company responsible for the customer account: training, sales, marketing, launch of new products and treatments.
SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP
- Supplier Settlements Monitoring: Primarily the office based abroad and local supplier of office supplies and accounting service.
- Filing of invoices.
- Bookkeeping.
ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL
- Writing of mails and letters according to the instructions of the director(s).
- Follow-up of deadlines and files.
- Filing of mail and file storage.
- Management of outstanding (expenditure-receipts-bank balances), production of forecasts, management reports.
Qualification:
- Administration, accounting, logistics
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
Candidate profile:
- Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
- Sage partner, excel, words, outlook
