Our client is seeking to recruit for the post of Accounts and Admin. Assistant.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain office files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including managing supplier and customer relationships.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, resolving discrepancies where necessary.
- Assist with audits and ensure proper record-keeping for audit purposes.
- Any other cognate duties.
Profile:
- HSC with A level Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
