Our client is seeking to recruit for the post of Accounts and Admin. Assistant.

 

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain office files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including managing supplier and customer relationships.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, resolving discrepancies where necessary.
  • Assist with audits and ensure proper record-keeping for audit purposes.
  • Any other cognate duties.
Profile:

  • HSC with A level Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
