Accounts Sales Officer

Myjob.mu is looking for one of his client an Accounts Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Follow up of daily sales release
• Update sales template information
• Gather information (Release/PO/Costing) for template
• Seek for approval of sale before processing
• Process order entry on ACCPAC
• Print and seek for signature on invoices
• Mail invoice to client
• Update PO log book after sale
• Daily update of outstanding release
• Copy/Filling all sales
• Extract receivables statement
• Weekly invoice out contra clearing transactions
• Reconciliation of AR ledger
• All other adhoc duties both finance & logistics team
