We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support the smooth operation of the department. As a key player in our team, you will work closely with the Accountant to ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes, contributing to the success of the department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

📅 Day-to-Day Operations: Assist in the daily activities of the Accounts Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
📊 Financial Reporting: Support financial record-keeping and reporting, ensuring compliance with company standards.
💳 Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and manage financial transactions.
🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless accounting operations and contribute to department goals.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education: A Degree in Accounting or Finance (or ACCA Level 1 certification minimum).
📅 Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
💻 Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software packages.
💡 Team Player: A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
