Are you a detail-oriented, proactive leader with a passion for finance? We’re seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage key procurement activities, and lead a motivated team to hit targets and KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts (ENL Management pack format) and annual financial statements with precision and timeliness, including cost accounting and variance analysis.
- Streamline Receivables: Build and manage a seamless accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments from clients and other entities.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Oversee accounting data (expenses, receipts, sales, purchases, banking, reconciliations, VAT, creditors, invoicing) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Control & Mitigate Risks: Implement robust financial controls, reduce risks, and ensure operational expenditures stay on track.
- Oversee Procurement & Imports: Collaborate with the Procurement team to streamline imports of goods from around the world, minimizing lead times through timely payments and validation processes.
- Manage Cash Flow & Forex: Monitor cash flow, import costs, and forex trends to ensure smart, cost-effective payment decisions as a wise buyer.
- Drive Performance: Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance against key metrics, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage & Inspire a Team: Keep your team engaged, motivated, and performing at their best to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Innovate & Improve: Identify operational improvements, refine accounting procedures, and enhance reporting processes.
- Adapt & Support: Take on additional duties as needed to meet business demands.

What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance/Accounting + full ACCA qualification.
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar management role.
- Skills: Strong grasp of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and procurement/cash flow management.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with IT and quick to learn new software.
- Mindset: Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven with a focus on teamwork and leadership.
