Solana Beach is looking for a competent, committed, passionate, and enthusiastic candidates for the post of Accounts Clerk
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ·Responsible for monitoring of Purchases and payment to Suppliers.
- ·Coding of invoices.
- ·Verification of prices with price list.
- ·Reconciliation of suppliers accounts with suppliers Statements.
- ·Agrees invoices with Purchase Orders.
- ·Ensure prompt payment to suppliers on a monthly basis.
- ·Attending all queries from suppliers relating to payment and invoices.
- ·Responsible for agreeing Creditors Ledger with General Ledger and sub-Ledger Account.
- ·Filing of payment Vouchers, Invoices and statement of Accounts.
- Input of invoices Postings from Store system to Accounting System &check for any discrepancies before updating.
- Responsible for preparation and processing of cheque payments
- Follow up of debtors
- Verification of debtors invoice with Tour operator's contract
- Ensure that payment terms are respected
- Helping in stores inventory
- To do banking andd bank statement reconciliation
- To control Cash receipt and Petty cash
Profile:
- Minimum HSC with Accounts
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the hotel industry
- ACCA certificate will be an advantage
- Self-motivated
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hospitality software
- Knowledge in Accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
- Good Interpersonal Skills
