Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payabe and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness:
- Accounts Payable (process and verify invoices purchase orders).
- Accounts Receivable (process invoices - debtors ageing)

  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain up to date financial records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Sales Departments.
Profile:

  • HSC/Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 1.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software (Sage Evolution).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong computer skills.
