As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the company’s financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming invoices
- Financial reporting
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivables
- Financial transaction
- Preparing Statutory accounts
- Administrative duties
- Reconciliation company/ Supplier
- Expense reports
- Payments processing
- Filing
- Prepare and manage debtors and creditors statements
- Perform data entry tasks: posting of invoices, payment vouchers and journal entries
Candidate Profile’ Requirements:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual who meets the following criteria:
-Minimum ACCA Level 1 or HSC qualification with Accounting as a main subject or equivalent.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
-Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team environment.
-High level of integrity and professionalism.
