Accounts Clerk
- Preparation of monthly TDS returns and yearly TDS certificates & Preparation of monthly VAT returns
- Assistance to both Accounts Executive and Local Finance Manager in the completion of any other statutory returns
- Assist Accounts Executive in the preparation of the “statement of goods and services”
- Creation of purchase orders( PO) for Finance Dept
- Preparation of payment requests to be sent to the Accounts payable (AP) team for processing and payment.
- Preparation of cash advance payments _ business trips of employees
- Follow up with travelers regarding their expense report filing and subsequent timely refund of excess cash advance.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding their payments and queries
- Attending queries from both internal and external auditors.
- Filing of G1 & G3 applications with the HRDC and follow up for refunds from the HRDC
- Payment consolidation recap and follow up to ensure no double payment and completeness of payment requests sent to AP team
- PO recap and follow up to ensure timely and completeness over booking of invoices
- Any other finance-related tasks as requested by Local Finance Manager
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR environment
- ACCA would be an advantage
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken
- Communication skills (ability to work with various stakeholders)
