We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive to handle both financial and administrative tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting administrative processes.

Administrative:

- Filing: Ensuring proper filing and organization of documents.
- Communication: Responding to inquiries from suppliers and clients.
- Coordination: Supporting other departments with administrative tasks.
- Office Management: Assisting with general office tasks, such as ordering supplies.
Accounting:
- Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing reports, statements, and analyses.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records.
- Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll administration.
- Tax Filing: Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
