We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive to handle both financial and administrative tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting administrative processes.

 

  • Key Responsabilities:

    Administrative:
    • Data Entry: Entering financial data into accounting software. 
       
    • Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and accurate records. 
       
    • Filing: Ensuring proper filing and organization of documents. 
       
    • Communication: Responding to inquiries from suppliers and clients. 
       
    • Coordination: Supporting other departments with administrative tasks. 
       
    • Office Management: Assisting with general office tasks, such as ordering supplies. 
  • Accounting:
    • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. 
       
    • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. 
       
    • Financial Reporting: Preparing reports, statements, and analyses. 
       
    • Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records. 
       
    • Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll administration. 
       
    • Tax Filing: Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
