Provide Support to the Accounting Team
Educational Background / Qualifications:
- Higher School Certificate
- ACCA – Level 1
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Level 2)
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend to customer queries and ensure proper follow-up for missing delivery notes.
- Assist in the preparation of Statement of accounts on a monthly basis.
- Liaise with Sales Team for pending payments.
- Authenticate customer claims and issues through internal investigation and proceed with customer arrangement and issue of credit notes.
- Attend quarterly stock count for Finance Department
- Coordinate filing for archiving on a yearly basis.
- Create new accounts in the accounting
- Ensure updates and verification of Master Data.
- Prepare and send reminders for clients with overdue balance.
- Follow with cashier and monitoring of unallocated receipts.
