Notre client, une entreprise mondiale de services financiers, recherche un Responsable de Comptes francophone talentueux pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de travailler dans le cadre pittoresque de Grand Baie, Île Maurice, tout en gérant des comptes clés et en établissant des relations solides et durables.

The Account Manager oversees the complete claims process from initiation to completion, utilizing strong project management skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key accounts by cultivating relationships with our client's important contacts. This individual will ensure ongoing communication with executive contacts, including reporting and resolving issues, to deliver service with the highest quality and effectiveness.

The role emphasizes expanding accounts and contributing to the branch's success by achieving key performance targets.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s, Honours, Post Graduate, Master’s Degree or similar tertiary qualification.
  • Excellent academic records and results throughout.

Skills and experience required: 

  • A proven track record of success in Account Management or similar roles.
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal) is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
  • Extremely focused on customer service.
  • Driven to succeed and a quick leaner. 
  • Personable, engaging and professional.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.

  • Preparing and communicating client reports at a senior level
  • Managing high-level accounts and maintaining direct contact with executive stakeholders

  • Handling additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to achieve business objectives
