Assist the Human Resources Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the internal and external procedures for recruitment are respected according to the Group Human Resources policies and legal requirements.
•Maintain a good relationship with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and all relevant stakeholders.
•Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures related to Team Member management and issues are efficiently and effectively implemented.
•Assist in the facilitation of training on the LUX* Resorts Brand Guidelines, Vision, Purpose and Values (VPV) as well as the LUX* Shining Personality Standards to all Team Members.
•Actively participate in the payroll administration to ensure that they are issued timely and accurately.
•Respond in a courteous and professional manner to the Team Members’ queries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
•Ensure that all aspects in relation to disciplinary procedures and health & safety matters are managed with the highest professional standards.

•Act as Duty Manager.
•A clean certificate of character is a must.
