In view of our expansion, Coroi Maurice Ltée is recruiting an Aftersales Service advisor to work at the front desk our Service Cleaning and and Gardening department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Customer Support: Be the friendly face helping customers after their purchase.
➢ Upselling : Suggest and recommend products and services to clients, and promote packages and retail options.
➢ Service Scheduling: Arrange appointments for servicing or repairs.
➢ Problem Solving: Quickly resolve customer issues to keep them happy.
➢ Follow-up: Check in with customers to ensure they're satisfied with the service.
➢ Warranty Help: Assist customers with warranty claims and paperwork.
➢ Feedback: Collect customer feedback to help improve services.
➢ Record Keeping and provide reports: Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and services and ensure a good reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
➢ Higher School Certificate (HSC)
➢ Knowledge in 2 and 4 stroke engines will be an advantage to ensure a good technical translation to translate complex issues into understandable terms for customers.
➢ Knowledge in electrical/electronic and hydraulic repairs will be an advantage.
➢ Excellent customer service and quality insurance oriented.
➢ Problem solving oriented a good level of communication and politeness.
➢ Ability to work in team and under pressure.
➢ A willingness to learn and any prior experience working with Eazzy or Sage 200 would be an added advantage.
