Scope
Managing working capital activities on JCH and KPCi group of companies:
- Constant monitoring and optimization of working capital
- Managing financial obligations in a timely and efficient manner of the group and local entities
- Prioritize and maintain good financial health and a positive supplier relationship
People
- Promotes and ensures the proper commitment, « one team » spirit amongst his team members,
- Manages recruitment, skill development and training of the team,
- Safeguards the application of our Company values and code of conduct.
Process
- Designs the internal processes in order to meet the highest international standards, in connection with our internal cost/benefit benchmark,
- Makes sure that the proper tools are used inside his competence center,
- Ensures a proper and timely reporting of its function KPI’s,
- Responsible for the proper implementation and usage of ODOO accounting ERP.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs,
- Receivables Management: Develop and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and enhance collections,
- Payables Management: Optimize accounts payable processes and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to manage cash outflow,
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze working capital reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement,
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Create cash flow forecasts and working capital budgets to anticipate future needs. Work closely with finance, operations, and sales teams to align working capital strategies with overall business objectives,
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to liquidity and implement strategies to mitigate them,
- Treasury Management: ensures that the company maintains adequate liquidity while maximizing returns on investments and cash management, funding strategies and investment activities. Monitors cash balances and cash optimisation within group companies.
Competences
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred,
- 5 years of experience in working capital management, financial analysis, or a similar role,
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively,
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel and ODOO ERP (to be trained),
- English/french.
