AC Tech - VRF Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on AC and refrigeration systems, including split units, central air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems, identifying and repairing any faults to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor and control the temperature and humidity levels throughout the hotel to ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, including proper handling of refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
• Work closely with other departments to address any AC or refrigeration issues promptly and efficiently.
• Participate in the development of preventive maintenance schedules and implement them accordingly.
• Assist in energy-saving initiatives by ensuring systems operate efficiently and recommending improvements.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC & Refrigeration Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Certification or diploma in HVAC or refrigeration technology.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split units, central air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
