The job entails both Sales and Marketing Element

Sales Element comprises of product knowledge through training. 
Assisting Client in our showroom and online through our various platform such as phone, social DMs, Mail and others. 

Marketing Element entails: Summarizing customer Feedback and reporting to Higher Management. 
Customer Relationship Management, Follow ups on calls and queries.
