Manage fund portfolios, deliver investor services, and ensure seamless, compliant administration in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

 

PURPOSE OF JOB
 
Responsible for the administration of a portfolio of Fund clients in accordance with Company procedures.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Ensure the management and delivery of client administrative services to a portfolio of funds and fund related structures.
  • Reviews investor subscription packages and supporting documentation and completes investor onboarding process in accordance with procedures.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day investor services, in accordance with the firm’s AML/KYC policies and procedures, client preferences and best practices.
  • Manage own billing and cash collection / debtors process and minimise write-offs where possible.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client structures within the portfolio. Ensure a quick turnaround time when liaising with clients.
  • Attend client meetings when required and prepare relevant meeting material.
  • Ensure that internal procedures and controls are properly followed.
  • Ensure compliance at all times with respect to relevant legal and regulatory framework.
  • Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
  • Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group’s core values and expected behaviours.
  • Ensure tasks are being cleared consistently and as per set plan.
  • Adhere to the company's core values and expected behaviours.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2/3 years working experience in the fund services sector.
  • Holder of University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Candidates currently studying relevant professional courses (e.g. ICSA) would be preferred.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Good client relationship, teamwork and organizational skills.
