Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the potential candidate will be responsible for the following:
Sales and Invoicing
- Process orders and issue invoices for all products in SAP (company’s system)
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Assist in handling telephone calls, fax, email and WhatsApp messages, to maintain good customer service relations and image of the Customer Service department
- Assist in handling customer complaints
- Ensure invoicing, release and posting are done within next 24 hours following delivery (working day)
- Perform weekly reconciliations
- Ensure Monthly closure is done in a timely manner, in respect of company’s closing calendar.
- Back-up in case of leave of colleagues (same will be done by the colleagues during employee’s leaves).
KPI
- Submission of monthly sales figures to management.
- Responsible to clear VA05n incomplete orders on SAP on a weekly basis
- Keep accurate record of orders in “Journal de Vente” for his perimeter.
Others
- Ensure proper archiving of documents.
- Provide support to Customer Service Manager.
- Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned.

- Comply with all rules and procedures of TotalEnergies, including those relating to internal control and good governance
- Prepare appropriate files for different audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management/ business administration or accounting
- Familiar and comfortable with figures
- Proficient in MS Office package and SAP
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal department
- Positive mindset and customer service orientation; good listening and problem-solving skills
