The RPSS EU MRP Specialist will be responsible for planning and managing material requirements to support efficient production and supply chain operations.
Key Role and Responsibilities
-Material Planning and Forecasting: Accurately predict material needs and ensure timely procurement to meet production goals.
-Inventory Optimization: Maintain ideal inventory levels by balancing supply and demand while minimizing holding costs.
-Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and resolve supply issues effectively.
-MRP Management: Utilize MRP software to analyze and adjust material requirements, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
-Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with procurement, production, and quality teams to align processes and meet business objectives.
-Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize material flow and reduce inefficiencies.
-Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and material movement for management decision-making.
-Compliance and Safety: Ensure all material handling procedures comply with company policies and safety regulations.-oProblem Resolution: Address and resolve inventory discrepancies or supply chain disruptions promptly.
Qualification & Experience
•University degree or equivalent
•Good performance track record
•Proficiency in English is mandatory, Dutch, Spanish, German is beneficial
