Our client in the Sales sector is seeking to recruit an After-Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
This role involves managing post-sales services, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring that the company's products and services meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the after-sales team to ensure high-quality customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Train, motivate, and lead the after-sales team to achieve set objectives and targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales services. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback.
- Oversee the management of spare parts and after-sales inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure that all after-sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in after-sales or customer service roles, preferably in a sales company.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
