One of our client in the funeral industry is looking for a Senior Administrative Officer.

 

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage workflow to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and improve processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the administrative budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues from clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to administrative processes and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • HSC.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
  • Result Oriented and Team player.
  • Dynamic & Self Motivated.
