Your responsibilities within our Tribe

  • Ensure the Distribution of Advertisements: Manage and oversee the distribution of advertisements across various media channels, ensuring timely and accurate placement.
  • Mailbox Management: Handle customer-assigned mailboxes, including processing, confirmation, response, support, and transfer of communications.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Review and correct the grammatical and orthographic quality of received ads, maintaining high standards for clarity and precision.
  • Compliance with Client Guidelines: Ensure all content adheres to the client's principles of equality and non-discrimination, aligning with best practices and legal standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop, update, and track activity reports, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Incident Escalation: Identify and escalate incidents or issues promptly, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining service quality.
  • Deadline Management: Respect and meet the delivery deadlines defined by the customer, coordinating with teams to ensure timely completion of all tasks.


Your distinctive profile

  • HSC Holder
  • No prior experience required
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools and digital media tools
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging, and accurate written content.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with the ability to articulate corrections and feedback effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in reviewing and correcting content, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, understanding client needs and delivering superior service.

*This position is available for the Tribe of Port-Louis only.
