Coordinating activities that are related to handling and processing insurance claims for an organization, serve as liaison between the organization, insurance provider, and policyholders to communicate the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.

serve as liaison between the organization, insurance provider, 

and policyholders to communicate the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims. 

Answer all the inquiries of their clients while making recommendations to resolve any claim issues.

 Provides support to the team in the development, implementation and monitoring of Agents performance and practice. 

This role is positioned in the Claims Division and aligned to the Medical, Hotline and Like team.

 This role requires flexibility, agility, and responsiveness to support the achievement of business goals.
